You and I are incomplete people.
To become compleat we have to try new experiences, say something, go somewhere different…
New situations activate genes and these genes activate proteins that build new structures in the brain
So doing the same things over and over again we never activate these genes and remain incomplete
The more we do the same things over and over the harder, it is for us to try/say/do new things.
Like saying No for instance.
The more you say yes the harder it is for you say no, Like when your boss asks you to work overtime and you know you don’t want to…
But you say yes anyway, the next time your boss asks you, the chances are you’re going to say yes again.
And by the time your boss asks you to do something ridicules like working 40 hours for free… Your brain isn’t structured to say no.
The same is true when you’ve just joined the gym but your friends are asking you to go out again, you really don’t want too… What do you say?
Rebuild your brain
So you can rebuild yourself.
Things fall apart,
Nothing lasts forever and somethings are supposed to fall apart,
Your gym trainers, you don’t buy them to keep them in the same condition, they were made to eventually wear out…
Somethings fall apart when they could be held together,
But we neglect them, There not that important until it’s too late,
Like your car, the engine light isn’t that important until it blows up, or your bold tires can be replaced tomorrow but when you have ablow out today…
We treat our bodies like this too, that ache in your lower back isn’t important until it cripples you picking up your grand kids,
Like the tires could be replaced, that crippling back pain could have been prevented by stretching it out when it was just an ache…
Things fall apart, But they don’t have too
Not if we treat them right
A seed grows with no noise, but a tree falls with huge sound, Destruction is loud but creativity is silent, This is the power of silence, Grow silently
No, you’re probably not
I’ve had conversations like this all the time and looking back I’ve said my fair shares of I’m gonnas
I lot of them the ‘Not’ Was silent
I’ve also been on the receiving end of someones I’m gonna
There ‘Not’ Was also silent
I find it more powerful now to just say oh yeah I’ve done this by the way
And show the work I’ve actually done
If your ‘im gonna’ has gone on for over a week and you haven’t done anything to get started
Just tell your sell your full of shit and move on
At least then you can do something of use with yourself

In the harshest winters, a tree will look dead, No leaves nothing… But after a harsh winter, that same tree will have the most gloriest spring…
You too will have harsh winters, will feel like you have lost everything… but in the time of struggle remember this is just a season in your life…
This too shall pass
and know that something beautiful is getting ready to spring, That beauty comes deep from within, deep down in your roots, it can’t be seen on the surface.
Don’t let the harsh times defeat you… ‘Nothing stays the same for long’
Possibly the strongest and truest statement you can make…
Are the words that follow ‘I am’
As soon as that statement has been made, Your mind will go out of its way to make that statement appear true, pointing out things that confirm your belief and filtering out the stuff that it thinks you don’t want to see…
So be careful when your ‘I am’ follows this path…

I am a terrible writer
I am fat
I am destined for bad stuff to happen to me
I am [Bad Thing Here]
You are if you say you are, so make it…

I am – destined to be stronger than the bad stuff that happens to me
