Rely On Your Own Strength Instead Of Somebody Else’s Compassion!
When I first started out in personal training
THere was a salesman working at the gym for a while
and he bought an influx of sales in and with that he would bring in
new leads to the Personal trainers as well
I was on great terms with him so he bought me a good deal of those leads to me.
Then he left
And my diary became progressively quieter
I eventually went broke and left

I relied on someone else to bring me business
Instead of developing my own strengths and using that.
In life we need to rely on ourselves
Everything else is out of our control.
It’s a sign of strength
Nowadays its kind of fashion to do things on your own
‘I hustled all by myself’ and all that…
We don’t like to ask for help because we think it makes is weak or it just hurts our egos
But asking for help is a sign of Strength
Each and every one of us has multiple weaknesses
And at some point we’re going to need help
When that point comes,
We can struggle alone
Or gather the Strength to ask for help and go further than you ever thought possible
After all nobody is ever truly self made

We get accustomed to a certain way of life, It’s pretty comfortable and we like comfort.
