If we’re not growing we’re dying, Tony Robbins said that Life is growth or death right, everything is growing or dying.

So when we come to a place where stop growing, We slowly start to decay.

So we need to ask ourselves the question…
Can I do more.

Can I get up a little earlier
Can I practice 2 more days per week
Can I do this
Can I do that

The answer is normally
Yes.

We can always do more, but we choose not to.
We choose death overgrowth.

Let’s start growing and do more.

A day in the life of

Looking back over the years its pretty amazing to see how much one can change

Sometimes that change happens at random through an event or person

Other times its intentional through study, exercise and personal development

A lot of the change over my life was random until the last 3-4 years when I started doing intentional change so this post is a day in the life of how I go about that (in no particular order)

1a &b) Reading and study (sometimes I combine the 2)

This is where a big part of my Personal Development came from, reading books on finance, philosophy, buisness, productivity, health and fitness and everything in between
Or sometimes I just read novels

2) Exercise- do I need to explain the benefits if exercise, feel better, look better, perform better, I exercise often 3-4 times per week

3) walks and dog walks, get out in nature and move often

4) downtime there was a point in my life where it was just work work work l, everyday I never made any time for downtime and I burnt out, got injured and had no social life

So these are just some of the things I do on the daily for intentional change,

What should I do from now on?

What should I do from now on?

Situations happen, we mess up, or somebody or something messes up…

And when it does its easy to focus on who, what or why it has messed up…

But to a degree this is pointless because whatever has happened has happened and focusing on that wont change that…

But if you switch the focus to what should I do from now on

It allows you to move forward and be productive, to make a change in the present to improve the future…

Yeah shit happens but it doesn’t mean we have to sit in it

Compromising your outcomes

Entering into any infection with compromised health, Leads to poorer outcomes

Entering anything with poor health (I.e. Mindset, Attitude, Health etc) will compromise your outcomes.

I’ll give it a try, whilst playing on your phone not giving it your full attention, then that course is not going to be life-changing.

Neither is that diet of your craving the Pizza and alcohol two days into it,

Or the relationship if you’re swiping on other girls during your date.

Whatever we do in life, Our jobs, our relationships, surviving an illness if our health, attitude, commitment is compromised then we are fighting an uphill battle.
