Stop waiting for other people to solve your problems,
Stop blaming other people,

Just get out there and tend to your garden and watch what happens

Sometimes we don’t always run at our 100% capacity…

Sometimes it’s just out of our control…

We get ill, Burn out, Fatigued, Lack of sleep, Big deadlines to hit, Kids get ill and keep you up…

Just to name a few…

All will impact the way we perform today.

But there is always a target you can hit…

You might be too ill go 100% today, you might not have the energy do what you had planned…

You might not be able to deadlift 80kg today, But you might be able to go for a walk, or make a smoothie and keep you on the right track…

You hold the bow, you can lower your aim, pull that bowstring back and fire and still hit something today…

That’s the beauty of a good goal… It’s your fuel in your furnace, No matter what the circumstances are, That fuel burns and stokes your fire
