The Strong Start on Sunday

They say the week start on Monday
But the strong start on Sunday
-Kanye West

I fell into the habit of just letting my weeks start at default and just go with the flow, you know see what happens…

Not much really, Apart from responding to events as and when they happen.

The strong start on Sunday, meaning planning your week before it starts and reviewing the previous week to see what progress you did or did not make…

(Although I don’t think that’s what Ye meant)

Garret J White calls this the general’s tent, Planning your battles before you go to war.

War on yourself that is.

Start on Sunday
Review your week
Plan your week
Kill your week

Can I do More

Can I Do More

‘If you’re not living in a place of growth, Then your acting as if you’re on the way out’
-Kevin Heart The Decision

If we’re not growing we’re dying, Tony Robbins said that Life is growth or death right, everything is growing or dying.

So when we come to a place where stop growing, We slowly start to decay.

So we need to ask ourselves the question…
Can I do more.

Can I get up a little earlier
Can I practice 2 more days per week
Can I do this
Can I do that

The answer is normally
Yes.

We can always do more, but we choose not to.
We choose death overgrowth.

Let’s start growing and do more.

Words Spoken Set life in motion

All quotes are from The Mount Of Olives Book by Michael V. Ivanov

Perhaps when you are able to speak, you can’t think at the same time.

On Olive trees, “Sometimes they take 5 to 8 years to produce fruit,”… barren and useless for so long just like he had been. But when they became ripe, they produced an abundance of fruit. He would one day do the same with his life.

You know changing your location will not change your situation

I see many like you… they’re running somewhere they think will get them a better life only to face what they once left behind

Words spoken set life in motion

“Men are the same. Their languages are unique, their skin color comes in all shades,
and their way of life may look different—but they all want the same thing.”

All men want to live a life full of love, happiness, purpose, health, and an abundance of gold. All men want a great life. They want to be known for something and
they want to be great at something, yet very few attain any of these desires. It is the greatest mystery of our human existence.”

“Man seeks also to find meaning to his existence but he goes about life pursuing all things that are vain,”

“He fills his time with one thing and then
moves on to another. He fills it with strong drink and entertainment. He fills it with women, giving in to his sexual appetite. He fills it with his work and family. “He fills it with experiences and, yet, when the night comes and he lies down, once again a deep sadness comes over him. Deep… deep inside every man lives knowledge of his miraculous power but man has learned to suppress this power, this force that is bursting from within his
soul.

“He is afraid. He is afraid of what he must go through to become a new man with a new life, an extraordinary life”

“There are also the men who have desires and want to do great things and, still, they do not do them. All men have an equal opportunity to attain the life they want by simply choosing a better way to live, by simply following the principles.”

You boy, have no less ability to create the life you desire than any free and able man. You may not be able to speak but that must not stop you from seeking the extraordinary life. Your disability is not the reason for your failure; your mind is. You have let other men dictate and tell you what value you bring to the world and that value is equal to an itch on a camels ass

“I became wealthy here and here, long before it showed in my coin purse.” The man tapped on the side of his temple with his finger and then tapped on his chest

“In here, you build your life and in here, you destroy it. It is your choice how your life unfolds.”

It all falls into place

It all falls into place

If you do the work

They say everything works out for a reason, it was meant to be

But things only fall into place if you do the work,

Like you won’t get that job if you don’t apply for it, turn up for the interview…

You won’t get the job if you don’t do the qualification

You want get the date if you dont ask the person out…

The work needs to be done

If you want things to fall into place

Sign a contract with yourself

Sign a contract with yourself

You punch in at your work, do your hours, take your breaks when scheduled, do what the contract requires, then leave

Yet our ideas, whether that’s going to the gym or reading or saving

We just free ball it

We go if we feel like it, or put money into our savings if we remember

What if you wrote a contract out and signed it

Stating all the requirements of what you set out to do

Like every month I will save 10-20% of my wage

Or i will go to the gym 3x per week at this time

It works, my gym requires that you book in before going now,

Which is good because once your booked in you have to show up because if you don’t someone else could have had that space

Sign a contract
And do what you said you would
