Level Down, So you can level up
I know I wrote this post a few weeks back (Where in your world do you need to level up)
And this post is more the opposite, Where do you need to level down.
Because we all want to accomplish so much, So we take on too much and accomplish nothing.
We try to help others, Try and do five things at once and we become overwhelmed and drained, then do nothing.
Somewhere in your world, you need to Cut back on, So you can level up elsewhere, where it will make a difference to your life, SO you can make a difference in other lives as well.
You can’t do everything and in trying you’ll do nothing.
Show up and contribute
That’s how we gain traction and progress.
Show up and contribute to your body every day by choosing to exercise and eat healthier (or contribute to developing an unhealthy one it works both ways)
Show up and contribute to your partner, to your business, to your blog…
I had something like 50 views in my first year of blogging, 2nd year 400 the 3rd over 2000 then last year I hadn’t published anything for like 5-6 months on the site, I was publishing elsewhere but I had something like 4000 views…
All from the contribution from the years before and they’ll hopefully continue to grow the more I contribute
It’s like when you was superfit in high school or college,
You could run for days, play sports etc, then go eat a McDonald’s and chug alcohol…
These habits persist on when the training stops and all those years of unhealthy eating add up when you get older.
Whatever you want traction on show up and contribute to it.
