You just need an hour
We all wish we had more time in the day.
We all want to do so much yet achieve so little
Yet we are that distracted, in the time we do have, we don’t utilise it,
We constantly flip from our work to our texts, To social media, to daydreaming then back to our work for a minute until the next text comes through and the cycle repeats itself.
But what if for just one hour you just focused and did some work? You would probably get more done in that hour than in 8.
And sometimes you need less than an hour, I don’t have time to work out, we say,
But you can get a good workout in 20 minutes… You don’t have a spare 20 minutes?
You have time, you just waste it mostly.
