Stay calm amongst the chaos

Breath.

Sometimes there is nothing you can do.

No matter how frustrating.
No matter how angry it makes you.
Or sad.

Sometimes all you can do is take a few deep breaths.

While you can’t control the outside world, you can control your breath.

Take a long deep breath in.

Hold it

Release

And repeat.

Stay calm amongst the chaos.
