Energy is no quick fix.
Neither is anything worth attaining in life.
I’ve been frustrated lately with the fact that I’m always tired no matter how much sleep I get. Venting my frustration whilst journaling I concluded that,
Energy isn’t a quick fix.
Getting a little bit of extra sleep isn’t going to fix my energy issues, nor is a Redbull.
Energy (Like anything in life) needs constant work, Like getting proper meals in consistently, along with exercise and sleep.
Then and only then I will see energy improvements.
It’s the small things we do daily that will give us the best returns on our investments
Not the quick 250ml cans.
Lets put the work in.
