Getting Hooked on the Pain…

Living with a certain amount of pain will let us grow at a faster rate than being comfortable…

Walking on the treadmill is pretty comfortable for most, Walking on the treadmill every day at the same pace, Your fitness levels won’t rise much…

The same goes for lifting the same dumbells for the same reps everyday week in week out…

It’s comfortable but you won’t grow much…

However if you chose to embrace a little pain, by walking at a slightly faster pace, or at a higher incline, That pace would then become your standard pace over time,

And before you know it, embracing a little extra pain you’ve gone from walking to jogging, then jogging to adding sprints in…

You’ve grown because you got hooked on the pain…

When we hit pain in real life Like in the gym a weakness has been exsposed and its uncomfortable, Natural instinct is to retreat to our comfort zones,

But if you choose to expose your weaknesses and push through to the other side, This pain actually turns into a form of pleasure…
