What am I working to get better at?

It’s easy when we have some off time to fall into a bit of routine where we let ourselves go for the day or the weekend,

We do nothing but relax and ‘unwind’…

But normally (I’m speaking for myself here) we feel worse, a bit jittery and still tired Like we need a holiday to recover from our holiday…

Unwinding normally just leads to winding ourselves up more because when it comes back to the working week, we got nothing done of meaning in the time that would have been perfect for us to do it.

A great question to ask ourselves not only on our off days but during the week as well is…

What am I working to get better at?

There’s no time like the present to get better at something
