The Forever of Discomfort,
We quit often because of the temporary discomfort we go through.
Exercise is hard and my muscles hurt,
I’m hungry dieting sucks and I can’t feel like this forever
I’m still putting money into this business, I wanna treat myself…
This temporary discomfort we feel is forever
That’s why we quit.
We quit on a curve normally towards the bottom of it, If we just pushed on a few more days/weeks the curve starts to rise from the lowest point and continues to rise.
Meaning it gets easier the further you go.
Discomfort is tempory Unless you quit, then the discomfort of staying the same last forever.
