Small things done daily can impact your life massively over time…

Like a ripple getting bigger with each wave,

The initial drop might not be much (Your first workout or green smoothie for example)

But over the weeks and months the waves get bigger, the benefits start to show more with each wave…

In aterms of water…

Without that first drop, there is no ripple…

But for me and you if we don’t create that first drip…

The first drip will be created for us and the ripples, well they won’t be positive ones but over time they will get bigger and bigger…
