6 Hours on a Saturday.

The countdown is on,

4 weeks till your holiday…

Motivation is high, Time to get your summer body on

So you buy all your supplements, new gymmy shoes…

Yeah let’s do this

Then you go all out, You try all the classes, all the machines, Pick up some random stuff and 6 hours later you go home…

The rest of the week your body is shocked and depleted, your sore and drained…

You never go back.

You cannot go from nothing to all-out effort in one day and expect long sustainable results,

Not just in the gym, in everything you do on your day to day too.

Persistence and patience are the keys.

Start with enough time,

Commit to it daily…

And over time watch the results come in.
