“The quality of your life is a direct reflection of the quality of the questions you are asking yourself” – Tony Robbins

You probably work or have worked with someone who is always crying like a baby… ‘Why me’
‘Why should we have to do this – it’s not our job’
‘I can’t do that’
‘I can’t afford that’

or maybe your that person (You big baby)

No matter what the task is, or the situation therein, Unless its the basic level of comfort they are familiar with… Everythings a Problem too them.

If you know someone or are that person who is like this,

Observe them for a while… Listen to how they talk, You’ll notice the questions they ask themselves or What they say are disempowering.

Its always ‘I can’t, I shouldn’t have too, Why me’

You can, You should, Why the fuck not you.

Base level questions like this shut your brain off form coming up with a solution.

You don’t grow, you don’t adapt. You have a problem and the world ends.

Its lazy thinking and the quality of your life reflects this.

How to improve the quality of life… Ask better questions ‘I don’t have time’ – How can I create more time for me and my family. ‘I can’t afford this’ – How can I afford this.

I hate feeling sluggish all the time’ – How can I become fitter and healthier and feel more energetic (Join one of Titans Programs :)) I hate my Job – How can I enjoy my job more whilst working on my exit strategy

Why me – Why not me

I can’t do this – How can I do this

You can do more than you think you can… Ask better questions
