The Ego will tell us that we are perfect,

That we are the best we can be,

We tend to believe it more often than not,

It’s easier that way… But in those moments when we ignore it and we do something that requires a little bit of hard work,

Whether that’s in the gym or in everyday life… We realise that we’ve been lied to,

We realise that we are not perfect,

How can we be perfect when we can’t even lift our own body weight, or we’re out of breath walking on a treadmill… We realise that we are capable of so much more… And once you realise that,

You will one day see the beauty and strength of which your body is capable of
