When it comes to Health and Fitness I think the problem lies with people trying to Change Everything they do in their daily routine all at once..⠀
They take some lousy advice from some ‘Instaexpert’ like – ‘Just drink this cup of air and run a marathon every single day and you’ll look like me’ – Yeah sure f*ck off ⠀

Long term success can be achieved from changing one thing and just build that habit up overtime ⠀
It could be just a simple as having a green smoothie in the morning or a cold shower everyday…⠀
