Imagine how comfortable the Wright Brothers we’re when they defied the laws of gravity for the first time… ⠀

Probably not very but look what came out of that (The plane.)⠀

You don’t have to risk your life and build a plane but imagine what great things you can do if you get a little uncomfortable…⠀

Everyday is a new opportunity to be better than you were yesterday… Run an extra mile, Pick up the heavier dumbbells, Read an extra chapter or just simply get started.⠀

‘Tempus Fugit, Memento Mori, Carpe Diem’ – Latin for ‘Time Flies, Remember Death & Seize the Day.’⠀

Remember that time flies you will one day look back and think I wish that I had did that or tried this. That is why you need to seize the day, Today because tomorrow is no guarantee.⠀

Whatever you do – you owe it to yourself to be better than you were yesterday.

What happens in the future is unknown to us, It’s nothing to fear because it’s all imaginary.⠀

However that being said there is a way you can direct how your future looks by the actions you take today…⠀

You can’t change your destination over night but Every Action you take will shape your future – Every Decision you Make will impact your future, ⠀

Is today the day you cut down smoking, Is today the day you start running or lifting. Is today the day you start saving?⠀

Is today the day you join one of our (@titan_strength_academy) Programs ;)⠀

Shape your future – Not fear it.

You ever wondered how your colleague dropped 15lbs and looks great… Or how so and so sold so many deals?… ⠀

When people get success whether that’s weight loss or made multi millions – The watchers say ‘They got lucky’ or ‘Its just their genetics’ ⠀

No they just got started and then kept going.. While you wait till Monday.⠀

Thats it, The big secret – Get started.

Failing is natural and a normal part of life – it means you’ve tried.⠀

Failure on the other hand is when we’ve quit completely in The book Turning Pro by Steven Pressfield he says that We (People) are addicted to Failure ‘When we fail, We are off the hook. We have given ourselves a get out of jail free card.’⠀

What Steven is saying is that people actually like to fail, They can use the excuse like ‘At least I Tried’ – Knowing that they didn’t put in there full effort.⠀

But we’re not most people we are Titans…⠀

We’re addicted to Failing not Failure – Because Failing over and over means we’re trying harder and harder & When we succeed well we have even bigger challenges to fail over and over at.

We’re safe on our sofa’s, We’re safe when we go out with our friends, when we do the same old week in week out – We’re safe because were comfortable… ⠀

But we’re born for more than that,⠀

When you get uncomfortable you risk hitting an Iceberg but at least you know you challenged the waves & Not sat comfortably in the harbour.

You don’t get married after the first date, You won’t become Ripped after the first gym session, Nor will you become financially free off your first investment…
But that doesn’t mean you don’t try or do your best.
Kevin Heart talks about this concept in his Hilarious Biography ‘I Can’t Make This Up’
He says ‘I went to auditions knowing I wouldn’t get them – Like auditioning for The Hulk because the producers who make that will make anoth


er film & that other film might be the perfect role for me… So I’ll go and I’ll make the best impression possible’
Relate that back to you – When you go to the gym or have your first green smoothie, Don’t expect your physique to have changed much, But that doesn’t mean you don’t show up to the next session or the one after that because one day you will look back at some old photos and think wow I have changed…
Plant the seed – be patient and watch what grows
