Yesterday has been and gone, Whatever happened yesterday cannot be changed today and soon today will be a yesterday.
Yesterday may have been one of those days where everything seems to go wrong –
Your train got cancelled and you missed an important meeting, You forgot you prepped meals and the only thing you could have within walking distance was KFC then your child had to come home from school because they were sick, Missing your afternoon meetings and the gym… By the end of the day, you’ve hardly eaten so you just throw in a Pizza and a couple of glasses of wine.
That was yesterday – But today you find yourself dwelling about yesterday, How you’ve undone all your progress, Or how you’re so behind today.
These thoughts don’t favour you today, They just make you feel bad, Take up your mind space and leave you underproductive today…
Today we have a new opportunity to accept what happened yesterday and make a fresh start… So what if you had some Pizza and Wine, Today you can get back to prepped meals and not hinder your progress anymore…
So what if your behind on some work… We tend to get more done when deadlines are closing in on us anyway.
