“Today’s Accomplishments Were Yesterday’s Impossibilities.” – Robert H. Schuller
Sometimes you need to stop and take a minute to see what you are actually doing today.
We can get so fixated on the end goal and frustrated that we haven’t got there yet but forget where we started from…
You may want to lose 4stone and feel like your getting nowhere but yet you’ve already lost 2 stone and already feel and look better.
You may have never done a bench press in your life yet 6 months later your benching 75kg and making it look easy, Yet feel frustrated that you can’t hit 100kg yet.
Losing 2 stone when you were starting out seemed impossible because you have never achieved it before,
When you started lifting you would have been happy to just bench the Bar without dropping it on your chest…
“Do not think that what is hard for you to master is humanly impossible; and if it is humanly possible, consider it to be within your reach.” – Marcus Aurelius
If someone else has physically achieved it then there is nothing stopping you from achieving it – But you have start first…
And before you know it you’re performing what you thought was impossible yesterday.
